You can rely on La Couronne du Comte when your article shows any defects. On all articles the warranty terms of Diplomat apply. La Couronne du Comte always lets Diplomat repair any defective article.

Before you return a defective article to us, it is necessary to obtain a return number. You an ask for a return number by contacting us.

Excluded from warranty
No warranty will be given when the following applies:
- Damage because of unreasonable use obvious abuse,
- Damage because of moist or water,
- Articles exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations are excluded form the warranty.

Defective upon arrival
Please contact us in the case your article does not function properly immediately upon arrival. When Diplomat confirms the defect, you will receive a new article. When the article is no longer in production and cannot be repaired, you will receive a comparable product or, if applicable, a refund.

Warranty and defects: step by step
Would you like to make use of your warranty? Then we ask you to do the following to ensure a smooth return of your article.

- Report to us, that you want to return a defective article.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing your request.
- You will receive further instructions by email concerning the return of your defective article.
- When we have received your article, La Couronne du Comte sends a confirmation email.
- We investigate your request and we will offer a solution to you as soon as possible.

The costs for returning the article will have to be paid by you. La Couronne du Comte pays the costs for returning the repaired or replaced article to you.
